About the Position

Pine Creek Medical Center has a great opportunity for someone who is experienced in operating a multi-phone line system,  has strong administrative skills and excellent customer service. This individual is often the first contact with the hospital, providing directions and hospital information to visitors and callers.  This position will also assist in the credentialing for all providers, ensuring that all paperwork is processed and monitored in a timely and thorough manner.  Additional duties will include secretarial functions, coordinate meetings and serve as liaison with departments as directed.

Minimum Qualifications  

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • 3 to 5 years office experience in a hospital or legal environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player and ability to remain calm in potentially stressful situations.

Preferred: Some college, medical staffing, credentialing or provider file maintenance experience and medical terminology.
